We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as one of the fastest growing, reputed Elevator Company established in 1992 in the name of Bhavani Electrical & Mechanical Company. Now our company became Bhavani Elevators Pvt. Ltd. since 25.06.2012. We have with Latest and self-developed Microprocessor Technology, and expertise in the field of elevator installation, modernization, and maintenance jobs of any type and make of Lifts.
We also have over 500 lifts of different types and makes under our maintenance contract in Maharashtra state. We also do posses the approved P.W.D. lift erection, modernization and service maintenance License.

EXPERIENCE
Over past 15 yrs we were the major sub-contractors of M/s. OTIS ELEVATORS CO. (1) LTD. We have carried out several projects in Mumbai and have executed time bound projects in multistoried bldgs., Residential group complexes and Office Premises. Till date we have completed over 600 projects app., which itself bears high testimony of the experience and expertise we are in the position to offer. The major Elevator Manufacturers in India are having their own but standard designs and products. These products do not have any flexibility considering customers choice and requirements. We are the only Elevator Manufacturer Company in this field to offer the various kinds of lifts as per the customer's choice and requirements economically.

We have a sufficiently large workforce of above 50 highly skilled and skilled workmen, who have undergone a stringent training program for precision in our line of work according to the latest technology. We also have ex. OTIS Engineers and adjusters for testing, fault finding, fine-tuning, and commissioning of the lifts. We also specialize in high-speed elevator control panels, serial communication V3F drives, thyristor control, and microprocessor-based control elevators. We have our own designed Elevator installed at many places in Mumbai and some projects are presently in progress. Enclosed is the list of projects herewith.
